Cooking is Cheap

My first self-cooked dinner in Ecuador: thin beef steak cooked rare with butter browned chopped onion and two avocado slices. I used my hostel’s tidy little kitchen. All in all it cost about $1.50.
Tomorrow for desayunos (breakfast): eggs and chorizo sausage with a localĀ ahi (chile) sauce/salsa.
